Wayne Jones Performance Engineering offers free UPS ground shipping on most orders over $99. This free shipping offer is only to U.S. addresses within the 48 contiguous states. This excludes the following places from free shipping,

Q: Warranties

All of the products sold by, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only, and are not legal for use on public highways. If you have a question about the warranty on a specific product, please e-mail or call us at 203-730-0359. Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with these products.

Q: Shipping

Shipping and Insurance are additional on each item unless otherwise specified. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Air delivery are available upon request for an additional charge, Please call or e-mail us if you have any questions regarding shipping charges on a specific product.

Q: Returns

We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call 203-730-0359 for a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date, and must be in original packaging. A 20% Restocking Fee will apply. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice and credit card receipt, AND the Return Authorization Number or they will not be honored. There are no returns on special order parts.

Q: Lost or Damaged Packages limited liability does not hold any responsibility for any loss of shipment due to shipping carrier's mistakes or wrongdoings. There are absolutely no returns on electrical parts only exchanges covered by warranty of the manufacturer if the item is deemed defective by them.
